Custom Fabrication.

Here at Suzitech we pride ourselves on our custom fabrication. We can custom fabricate all sort of components for any type of application. From turbo manifolds to air boxes to custom turbo kits. Here are some examples of our custom fabrication work.

- Mini Works

Started life as Cooper works but has now been modified with custom stainless steel exhaust system, custom light bar to hold 4 spotlights and custom gauge mounts to hold additional gauges. Also custom stripes were added.

- Swift Gti custom turbo kit

Taking the turbo kit to the next level is this car with a custom turbo kit including custom manifold and dump pipe all done in polished stainless, custom inlet manifold, custom strut brace, external wastegate and the list goes on......

- Supra Cold Air Intake.

Another custom creation. A cold air intake box with heat shield was fabricated out of stainless pipe and alloy and then polished. Still utilises the factory air feed.

- Mazda MX5 Cold Air Intake.

A custom cold air intake box with heat shield was fabricated out of stainless pipe and alloy and then polished.

- Celica Turbo Manifold.

A custom turbo manifold and turbo dump pipe were fabricated from stainless heavy wall pipe and mandrel sections and then were both polished. A custom turbo intake pipe and top water hose pipe were also fabricated out of stainless pipe and both were also polished.

- Charade 1.6L Turbo.

The original motor was rebuilt and an external wastegate with separate stinger pipe was added. A custom strut brace with engine steady was also fitted. Rocker cover was polished.
