Here is a basic breakdown of a Major Service and a Minor Service .
- Run oil flush through system and change oil filter and oil.
- Replace spark plugs, air and fuel filter (if required).
- Check brakes, suspension, mounts, belts, and hoses.
- Underbody inspection.
- Check brake lines, fuel lines, and vacuum lines.
- Check and top up fluid levels as required.
- Check all lights, wipers, washers and horn.
- Rotate tyres, check tyre conditions and pressures.
- Check timing.
- Clean throttle body.
- Clean Air Flow Meter or Map Sensor.
- Carry out on car fuel system service.
- Carry out engine bay wash.
- Report on any future issues that need to be addressed.
- Carry out road test.
- Change oil filter and oil.
